IBM: EOE was closely involved with the architectural firm TDA of Pittsburg, OH in  developing  the floor plan for the Blue Ash office in Cincinnati, OH. Through the use of the hoteling concept and flexible furnishings, IBM was able to reduce their occupied space by 35,000 square feet, while housing the same number of associates.
