Account executives: responsible for identifying client opportunity and needs, and determining timeframe for completion. Most important is bringing the required disciplines to the process and being responsible for client relationships and monitoring the planning, providing and managing process.
Design: responsible for all aspects of the planning portion including inventorying, space planning, specifying, and any other design issues.
Customer Service: provides behind the scenes support to design and project management in assuring proper execution of all purchase orders and processes
Project Management: handles all aspects of coordination and implementation after design is completed until the completion of the actual installation. Responsible for interfacing with all building contractors, technology contractors, and installation and move companies.
Installation: works in conjunction with the project management in making sure that the design intent is accomplished and the installation completed in a non-obtrusive fashion and on time. |
