Asset/Inventory Mgmt.:

review your existing inventory and determine what you keep and what you don’t through the following process:

  • Photograph, tag, and provide a spread sheet of all items
  • place items to be kept on a detailed floor plan
  • sell to employees or wholesaler, or donate to charitable organization those items to be disposed
  • determination of questionable items to be made after a detailed budget review conducted by EOE
  • excess inventory to be tagged and stored at your facility or at ours
